charter school spotlight
The Alliance Mentorship Program (AMP) is a six-month peer-to-peer mentorship program that pairs mentees, recent high school gradutes, with mentors who are established college students (Alliance alumni) who are attending the same college or university. It addresses increased disparities in mental health, particularly during COVID, and offers support for mentors and mentees throughout their college experience to ensure they build emotional resilience, stay in college and graduate.
